A new radio program called Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour is launching this weekend. It will consist of a half hour of “Lessons and Leadership” discussion with Steve and a variety of leaders in the region, plus a half hour of our State of Affairs program. It will air Sundays at 2pm on AM970. The premier is on June 3.
The first half hour of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour is based on Steve Adubato’s most recent book, Lessons in Leadership, and will feature Steve, along with his longtime colleague Mary Gamba, from his leadership firm Stand & Deliver, talking about relevant and practical tips and tools, largely based on Steve’s book Lessons in Leadership. These skills are essential for leaders of all stripes looking to become more productive, strategic and impactful leaders at work and at home. Steve will also share what he has learned from decades of conducting leadership seminars, executive coaching as well as teaching at several universities on the topic of leadership. This Lessons in Leadership on AM970 radio show/podcast will also include conversations with successful leaders in healthcare, business, academia and other fields about the keys to overcoming challenges and obstacles as well as how to lead successful change. Steve, Mary and their guests will explore how to coach, mentor and inspire team members.
The second half of Steve Adubato’s Leadership Hour on AM970, featuring State of Affairs with Steve Adubato, a highly-acclaimed public affairs series also broadcast on public television, will explore the critical issues that impact New Jersey and the tri-state region through compelling interviews with leaders in state and federal government as well as business and non-profit sector leaders.
