The energy demands of artificial intelligence (AI) is the topic of discussion today (March 3) of the New Jersey Senate Legislative Oversight Committee meeting, which will receive testimony from invited guests.
The Senate Legislative Oversight Committee is holding the hearing to ascertain the effect of AI increasing energy demands.
“AI is no longer a fantasy of the future—it is a powerful force shaping our world right now, and we must prepare for the growing energy demands that come along with it,” Zwicker said.
The committee is meeting on Monday, March 3 at 10 a.m. in Trenton.
