Outshine Fruit Bars are being voluntarily recalled after customers reported pieces of glass in the products, according to a recent statement.
There have been no reported injuries, but if consumed, the recalled frozen fruit bars could cause internal injury or laceration. Products affected include Outshine Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine, and Black Cherry 6-Count 2.5-ounce Fruit Bars.
“The safety, quality, and integrity of our products remain our highest priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this action may cause our consumers and retail customers,” the company said in a statement.
These lots were distributed to retailers nationwide. Check specific batch/lot indicators on the outer carton. Affected UPC barcodes and flavors:

What to Look For:
- Location: The UPC barcode is on the back or bottom of the outer cardboard box, and specific batch/lot codes are printed near the expiration date.
- Best-Before Dates: Ranging between June 30, 2027, and Nov. 30, 2027.
No other Outshine products or varieties are impacted. ONLY the five flavors of 6ct 2.5-ounce paddle bars. Batch codes can be identified on the product packaging.
No illnesses or injuries have been reported to date. Anyone concerned about an injury should contact a healthcare provider immediately, the statement said. Consumers who have purchased the affected product should dispose of it or return it to their place of purchase for a full refund.

Outshine products in the United States are manufactured and distributed by Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, which is owned by global ice cream Froneri, a 2016 ice cream joint venture between Swiss multinational conglomerate Nestlé and private equity firm PAI Partners.
