Her innovative approach to fiscal management, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability earned her a promotion to Executive Director of Finance, where she helped strengthen the Medical Center’s financial foundation during a period of rapid growth and unprecedented industry change.
“Sandi is not only a talented financial strategist, but also a trusted leader who understands the unique challenges and opportunities facing safety net, not-for-profit healthcare providers,” said Deborah Visconi, President & CEO of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center.
“Her insight, integrity, and dedication have been instrumental to our success, and I’m thrilled to see her take on this expanded leadership role as we continue our transformational journey,” Visconi added.
Decades of Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, Weiss has held senior leadership positions at Palisades Medical Center and North Fullerton Surgery Center, bringing deep expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, and capital management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from East Stroudsburg University.
“I’m honored to continue serving Bergen New Bridge in this new capacity,” said Weiss. “This organization is more than a hospital; it’s a mission-driven community anchor that provides care, compassion, and access to those who need it most. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s redefining what it means to deliver financially sustainable, equitable, and innovative healthcare.”
As CFO & Vice President of Finance, Weiss will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to ensure the continued growth and stability of the Medical Center as it expands its reach and services across the region.
