Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão in Paramus and Wayne in the Greater Meadowlands Region, New Jersey is open for dinner all day and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12.
Specializing in the centuries-old grilling tradition of churrasco, Fogo de Chão has Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs and a menu featuring steak, chicken, lamb, pork, seafood, salads, side dishes, desserts and specialty cocktails.
The eatery is a testament evoke a rich culinary tradition that began in 1979 in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

Founded by brothers Arri and Jair Coser and headed by CEO Barry McGowan, Fogo de Chão has become a global ambassador of the Southern Brazilian art of churrasco and aims to offer people a dining experience that celebrates the flavors and culture of Brazil.
The Market Table offers seasonal salads, soups, fresh vegetables, imported charcuteries, rice, and other noshes. An expanded plant-based menu includes vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian selections. The enhanced Bar Fogo beverage list has both traditional and non-alcoholic craft cocktails made with CleanCo’s low-proof spirits with less than 0.5% alcohol, the Dallas-headquartered chain announced in March.
