Bolero Snort Brewery in Carlstadt, New Jersey whipped up special new brews inspired by your favorite munchies, and you can try them this weekend, Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 13, to the backdrop of tunes from Rutherford’s Soldato Records and Bloomfield’s Jenny Hoatson.
Bullaze ‘n Graze: Snack Craving Inspired Brews feature all new:
- ◾Buck the Crust, Crustless Peanut Butter + Jelly Fruited Sour
- ◾Can’t Get E-Knafeh, Dubai Chocolate Stout
- ◾Sweet Chili Chip Larger
- ◾Hashery Collab Sour
The peanut butter and jelly sour is “laced with creamy peanut butter and sweet and delicious strawberry jam.” Th Dubai chocolate stout is inspired Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout with Pistachio, Chocolate, Katafi, and Sea Salt.
Soldato Books and Records will spin from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, April 12. Singer Jenny Hoatson performs on Sunday, April 13 from 1-4 p.m.
