Located at 750 Walnut Ave. and part of a Cranford Redevelopment plan, the complex is set on 13.5 acres. Offering golf course views, the complex features 250 apartments with 9-foot ceilings, open floor plans, and resort-style amenities.

The project was designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners; March Associates Construction is the general contractor. Secaucus-based Hartz has been working with Cranford to redevelop the property since 2017.
