The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) announced its 2024-25 board officers at its Annual Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Outing at the Morris County Country Club in Morristown. The event, which was held on June 17, saw a gathering of many commercial real estate professionals from around the area. At the event, guests were able to network while enjoying an entertaining day of club sports and dining.
IOREBA’s new board was crafted to lead the organization’s efforts for the next 12 months. Below you can find the members that were inducted to the board and their respective positions.

“Our annual golf outing is an all day event where our members meet to enjoy a relaxing day of golf, tennis, and networking and this year we added pickleball,” said President Kurt Kalafsky. “I am pleased to be able to serve as president of one of the best and strongest commercial real estate organizations in the area. We have a great team of board officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for members. We have many plans for the upcoming year that include new networking events and opportunities for educational programming.”
After the sporting events concluded, guests were treated to more fun activities including putting contests, a networking and dinner reception followed by awards, a 50/50 drawing and a raffle giveaway.
