The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) installed its 2026–27 Executive Board during its 57th Annual Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Outing at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown.
One of the organization’s signature networking events, the outing brought together commercial real estate professionals from across the region for a day of golf, tennis, networking, and camaraderie.
Installed to lead IOREBA during its centennial year are President Bree Manchanda, Commercial Realty Partners; Vice President Jim McGuckin, Marcus & Millichap; Secretary Josh Glussky, Sheldon Gross Realty; and Treasurer Giovanni Ramaci, NAI Hanson.

“It is an honor to serve as President as IOREBA prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary,” said Manchanda. “For nearly a century, our organization has connected commercial real estate professionals through education, networking and industry leadership. I look forward to working with our Executive Board to build on that tradition while creating new opportunities for our members throughout the coming year.”
Following the day’s sporting events, members and guests enjoyed a networking reception, dinner, awards presentation, raffle prizes and the installation of the new Executive Board.
The organization also recognized Jeff Furey for his outstanding dedication to the annual outing. Through years of leadership, planning and volunteer service, Furey helped establish the event as one of the premier networking gatherings in New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry. IOREBA extends its sincere appreciation for his commitment and the lasting impact he has made on the association.
The outing also marked a milestone for the organization as IOREBA prepares to celebrate its 100th Anniversary Gala on Oct. 15. While the association was formally organized in 1927, its founding members began meeting in the second half of 1926, marking the beginning of a century of service to the commercial real estate industry.
Today, IOREBA is the oldest industrial and office real estate brokers association in the United States and one of the
nation’s largest regional commercial real estate organizations, representing more than 200 commercial real estate professionals.
