Seramount, a company focused on building comprehensive, employee-focused solutions for other organizations, recently released their sixth annual Inclusion Index. The Inclusion Index measures participating companies in three key fields: recruitment, retention and the advancement of people who come from underrepresented minority groups.
“We are proud to see important growth when it comes to DEI best practices and protocol among our Inclusion Index companies,” says Katie Oertli Mooney, Managing Director of Seramount. “These organizations are consistently measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of their policies, and by doing so, they are taking initiative to build a culture of belonging.”
155 organizations applied to participate in the Inclusion Index this year, with just 26 of them being recognized as a Pinnacle Inclusion Index company, meaning that they received a score of 80% or greater in the previously mentioned field. One of the 26 organizations recognized was JLL.
This recognition serves as yet another impressive achievement for JLL, demonstrating their commitment to creating a more diverse and synergetic community in the workplace. This is not the only praise JLL has received recently, however, as their most recent People Survey showed that 85% of JLL employees believe they can be themselves when they are at work.
