Kearny Bank donated $8,000 to Table to Table as part of the effort to fight food insecurity in the Greater Meadowlands Region. Kearny Bank ChangeMakers also assembled a team of eight volunteers, who packed food and other necessities for delivery to those in need throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Passaic counties.

Table to Table is a community-based food rescue program that collects fresh, nutritious, perishable food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it free to organizations serving the hungry in the Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Passaic Counties of New Jersey.

Established in last March, the Kearny Bank ChangeMakers initiative focuses on making professional mentorship, education, networking opportunities, and banking advice available to women in business, including women entrepreneurs.
