Kearny Bank has launched a nonprofit banking team to serve nonprofit organizations and charter and independent schools throughout New Jersey. The team emphasizes specialized banking solutions and financial expertise.
Led by Mount Olive, NJ resident Cori Macri, Senior Vice President / Nonprofit and Independent Education Banking, the team brings five decades of combined experience providing relationship-based banking services and helping nonprofit and independent school clients plan, manage, and grow their financial resources. Solutions being offered include deposit accounts, working capital lines of credit, term loans, and commercial real estate financing.
Macri, who was most recently with JPMorgan Chase Bank, holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College and an MBA from Centenary University. Her commitment to the nonprofit sector also includes volunteering with several YMCA organizations, Habitat for Humanity, and financial literacy education.
“Nonprofit organizations play an essential role in the communities we serve, and their financial needs are quite different from those of other businesses,” said Anthony V. Bilotta, Executive Vice President / Chief Banking Officer.
“Our nonprofit banking team combines Kearny Bank’s broad range of financial capabilities with specialized expertise and relationship management, providing client organizations a dedicated resource for effectively managing their finances and advancing their missions,” Bilotta added.
