NAI James E. Hanson has announced April 8 2026 that it will be teaming up with two new hires: Ryan McAndrew and Scott Perkins, SIOR to further strengthen their industrial brokerage platform.

Ryan McAndrew, Associate

With a foundation in Economics from Gettysburg College and studies in Commercial Real Estate at The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, McAndrew will “combine academic insights with practical experience” to navigate complex real estate challenges. His goal is to “drive impactful solutions for clients and stakeholders within the industry.”
Scott Perkins, Senior Vice President
Perkins has stated on LinkedIn that he has “assisted corporate clients such as Ingersoll Rand, Cigna, Checkpoint Systems and ITT and private equity firms such as Arsenal Capital Partners, Kidd & Company and Kohlberg & Company with acquisition and disposition of real estate.” Perkins has also represented “institutional real estate investors such as Centerpoint, Blackstone and Terreno in the acquisition and leasing of industrial properties.”
Perkins holds the industry designation, CCIM, which “involves expertise in the disciplines of financial analysis, market analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.” In addition Perkins also holds the MCR designation (Master of Corporate Real Estate) which “focuses on leadership skills and knowledge for managing key corporate real estate functions and accounts.” Perkins also holds the SIOR designation which “represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists in the country,” with Perkins having been the 2019 SIOR New Jersey Chapter president.
Perkins’s educational background consists of Babson College for his BA and Wellesley, MA for Finance & Entrepreneurial Studies.
