NAI James E. Hanson recently announced that they had negotiated two lease renewals for 5,110 square feet of medical space at the Clara Maass Campus Medical Offices in Belleville, NJ. The campus consists of over 127,000 square feet of medical office space spread out across three individual buildings. The transaction was overseen by NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning comprised of Darren Lizzack, MRSE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, and co-broker Versa Property Management. Together, they represented the landlord Everest 50 Newark MOB, LLC.
Included in the campus is:
- A comprehensive cancer center
- A breast health and disease management center
- A radiation oncology department
- Cardiac services
- Emergency services
- Abundant on-site parking

Team Lizzack-Horning also represented the landlord, 75 Orient Way, LLC, and the tenant, Dynamic Peak Physical Therapy P.T., P.T.A., P.C., in a 3,383-square-foot lease renewal on a 23,501 square-foot medical office building in Rutherford, NJ.
Horning stated, “It was a pleasure to help accommodate Dynamic Peak Physical Therapy’s growing business by helping it expand into another suite. Having been fully-renovated in 2006 and upgraded since, the building is fully equipped to fit the needs of its tenants, no matter the size of their practice.”
