New Jersey Wine & Food Festival Heads to Crystal Springs Resort This May

The Garden State’s most anticipated culinary event of the year is just a few weeks away, as the New Jersey Wine & Food Festival approaches. The festival will be taking place from May 1-3 at the Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, New Jersey. The event gives guests the opportunity to experience a delight assortment of drinks from world-renowned winemakers, as well as food from some of the best chefs in the industry.

On Friday, May 1, there will be cabaret and cocktails, a live show that features stellar musicians and entertainers, in addition to an exciting bartender competition, delicious food and cocktails. The event is set to last from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., offering guests amazing entertainment and food to pair it with. 

Also taking place from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on May 1 is the wine cellar dinner. The event offers an evening with Marco Pierre White, who is often referred to as the father of modern English cooking. Guests can enjoy an intimate dining experience containing expertly crafted courses paired with the perfect wines.

Another event taking place on May 1, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., is Top Chefs & Top Wines. At this dinner, Top Chef stars will be collaborating with Restaurant Latour to craft a five-course dinner paired with wines from some of the world’s best winemakers.

On Saturday, May 2, there will be a grand tasting, the main event of the entire festival. In what is described as the culinary event of the year, there will be over 200 tastings, featuring items from leading wineries and distilleries, as well as signature dishes from celebrated chefs. There will also be live entertainment and dancing taking place throughout the event.

The grand tasting lasts from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., however, VIP guests will be granted entry an hour earlier. In addition, they will be given access to the VIP Lounge with premium wines, rare spirits, tastings from the renowned Restaurant Latour, Chef David Burke, Bobolink Dairy and a preview of the new Gino 34, as well as a special VIP gift.

Following the grand tasting, from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., there will be an after party, where guests have the opportunity to meet and mingle with chefs and winemakers, as well as other patrons. There will be amazing entertainment, several bars and delicious foods.

On Sunday, May 3, the festival will be closing out with a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The final event of the festival features a buffet including some of the fan favorite food items. In addition to all of these events, there will be many others throughout Friday and Saturday to keep guests entertained.
