NJ Law Firm Genova Burns Expands With Two New Hires

Full service law firm Genova Burns LLC, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, recently bolstered its legal team with the addition of two attorneys.

Bankruptcy and foreclosure attorney Jaclynn N. McDonnell, Esq. recently joined the Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Law Group at Genova Burns. She has extensive experience in bankruptcy law, foreclosure, and debtor/creditor relations, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in this critical area of legal practice.

McDonnell earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds an LL.M from St. John’s University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Florida, and “throughout her career, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence, earning accolades for her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to serving her clients’ needs,” according to a statement from Genova Burns.

Labor and employment attorney Edward J. Bonett Jr.,Esq. brings over 20 years of experience as a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) attorney to the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Genova Burns. His extensive experience with the NLRB and his reputation as a fair and practical advocate make him a valuable addition to the firm.
