Two of New Jersey’s top law firms are coming together in a move that will merge Scarinci Hollenbeck with Spector & Ehrenworth.
Scarinci Hollenbeck of Little Falls is integrating with Spector & Ehrenworth, P.C., of Florham Park and as a comingled firm will offer a combined history of more than 65 years of expertise, according to a statement on Tuesday (Oct. 3).
Spector & Ehrenworth has a rich, 30-year history of servicing clients in matters relating to corporate transactions, bankruptcy, real estate and litigation. The merger with Scarinci Hollenbeck and adds intellectual property, entertainment, and tax services among other specialties.
The addition of Spector & Ehrenworth gives Scarinci Hollenbeck’ added breadth in its bankruptcy and litigation practices.

Step brothers Brian Spector and Douglas Ehrenworth founded Spector & Ehrenworth in 1993 and since have developed a reputation for providing solutions to the variety of complex problems facing individuals and businesses in an ever-evolving legal landscape.

Although he specializes in business litigation, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights, Spector also has extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial law, corporate law, real estate law and casino regulatory law. In addition, over the last decade, Brian has followed his passion for theater and has become involved in a number of Broadway and Off-Broadway productions and other projects, and is the proud recipient of two Tony Awards®.

Douglas Ehrenworth focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, corporate and LLC entity formation, structures and governance, commercial transactions, contracts and related litigation. Throughout his 35+ years of practice, Doug has lectured on law firm management and previously served as the Chair of the Law Office Management Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
