PSE&G Ranks First In Customer Satisfaction In the East Among Large Utilities According to the J.D. Power 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study

In recognition of the award-winning customer satisfaction that they have delivered this year, PSE&G has been ranked the highest in residential customer satisfaction for natural gas service, having the honor of ranking the highest amongst the twelve large gas utilities in the East in the J.D. Power 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Studysm.

From January 2022 to October 2022, 57,239 online interviews were conducted and responses were recorded to determine the 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. Those interviewed were residential customers of the 84 largest gas utility brands throughout the United States, which represents over 64.6 million households in the country.
