Phase I of NY Vue, a high-end, mixed-use project that includes erecting what will be the tallest building in Bayonne, was given the green light from the Bayonne Planning Board.
Ronald M. Pepe, Partner & Chair of Scarinci & Hollenbeck’s Commercial Real Estate practice, secured approval for the 26-story development, which will be located in the city’s Harbor Station South section located on the former military peninsula along the Hudson River.
Pepe represented the developer of NY Vue, Om Ganesh, LLC, a subsidiary of Roselle Park-based Ramani Group.
“We are excited to begin construction on NY Vue this Spring,” Shaun Gupta, Managing Member of Om Ganesh, said in a statement.
“I have worked with Don on several projects over the course of a decade and can say without reservation that without his broad expertise, general familiarity with developments of this nature and solid advice, the project may not have been approved, and certainly not as quickly and advantageously,” Gupta added.

Pepe concentrates his practice to all aspects of complex real estate development and real estate transactional work with an emphasis on retail and residential development.
