The Meadowlands Chamber has partnered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to offer members a special call on Thursday, April 2 at 5:15 p.m., aimed at helping businesses understand how the recently passed $2.2 trillion stimulus package will impact them.
This call will explore the following topics:
- Payroll Taxes and Other Tax Changes
- Expanded Unemployment Benefits
- Employee Retention Credit
- Loans and Credits
- Paycheck Protection Program
After the presentation on these topics, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will offer a Q&A session to answer questions businesses may have.
The relief package, which just passed last week, represents the largest stimulus package in US history and provides a $500 billion corporate fund, $377 billion in aid to small businesses and $1,200 one-time checks to individuals who make up to $75,000.
