Spencer Savings Bank recently appointed Jesse Oliver as its new Vice President, Small Business Relationship Manager in the bank’s recently launched Small Business Finance division. The Small Business Finance division has seen great success implementing new small business lending products while proving itself a continuation of the bank’s strong credit culture.
At Spencer, Oliver’s primary roles will be to service all his clients’ business banking and business lending needs, all while providing a superior client experience. In his 20 years of industry experience, he has shown himself to be a strong leader who takes great pride in forming and nurturing productive business-client relationships.

Oliver has previously served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army, where he received numerous accolades and recognitions. He currently resides in Morris County, NJ with his family and is the proud father of three children.
