The buffet at the Meadowlands Racetrack is undergoing upgrades to its menu, with more varied, seasonal offerings, creating a more upscale dining experience. The enhancements go into effect Friday, Feb. 6.
“We have listened to customer feedback regarding our weekend buffet,” said Jason Settlemoir, COO & GM of the Meadowlands Racetrack.
“We understand that many felt the buffet was feeling stagnant and that changes needed to be made. Our revamped buffet will feature new dishes that feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We believe these upgrades will keep our loyal customers happy and bring in some new faces to our dining room,” Settlemoir added.
What to Expect at the New Buffet
Buffet dining on both Friday and Saturday nights will be $54.95 and will include cold and hot starters, mains, sides, dessert, and a different pizza each night. Pricing does not reflect tax and gratuity.

🥩Feb. 6-7: Pepperoni Pizza, carved Top Sirloin with Roasted Garlic and Peppercorn Reduction, Sole Meuniere, and Crème Caramel
🍠Feb. 13: Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza, Slow-Roasted Beef with Herbs & Garlic Confit, Chicken Scarpariello, Neapolitan-Style Poached Fish
🍾Feb. 14: For $79.95, enjoy a special Valentine’s Dinner with a $5 betting voucher, Live Racing Program, and Champagne. The special Valentine’s Day menu includes saffron arancini with Parmigiana cream, salad Nicoise, strawberry and goat cheese salad, Salmon with Béarnaise sauce, chicken Cacciatore, Coulotte steak, and strawberry cream panna cotta, as well as chocolate-dipped berries.
