Several volunteers at the Bergen New Bridge Medical Center recently received the President’s Volunteer Service Award. The award, created in 2003 by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, seeks to recognize those who have provided exceptional service to their communities.
The list of awardees goes as follows:
“I am extremely proud of our Volunteer Services Department which supports our patients, long term care residents, visitors, and staff throughout the Medical Center,” said CEO Deborah Visconi of the New Bridge Medical Center. “The volunteers at Bergen New Bridge play an integral role in our mission to enhance community health and well-being by providing high-quality, compassionate care accessible to those in need.”
