Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently announced a 6,407-foot renewal with The Cornea and Laser Eye Institute. It will be located at Glenpointe Centre East on 300 Frank W. Burr Boulevard in Teaneck, NJ.
The Cornea and Laser Eye Institute, founded in 1995, is a nationally renowned center that specializes in laser, refractive, keratoconus and corneal eye surgery. A combination of high quality results and a wide array of skill and expertise has led the institute to acquire its prestige.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was active with the leasing activity of their 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe Campus in 2022. Companies such as UVeye, Leica Camera, Axia Women’s Health and HK Kolmar are among those that have negotiated leases with the firm in the last year. Over 100,000 square feet of leases were negotiated in total.
