Bergen New Bridge Medical Center recently announced the launch of One Bergen Health, PC. The new physician-led medical group was designed to provide high-quality, community-based healthcare to regions across the Garden State.
One Bergen Health represents the next step for Bergen New Bridge Medical Center as it works towards expanding access to care and bringing providers closer to homes with a focus on wellness, connection and prevention.

One Bergen Health operates multiple community practice sites that are located throughout Bergen and surrounding counties. The services offered can be found listed below.
- Primary and preventive care for adults and families, including chronic-disease management and wellness visits.
- Specialty services, such as endocrinology, women’s health, gastroenterology and more.
- Care tailored to the Korean, Filipino, Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities.
- Meeting patients where they are, whether in person or virtually.

The first sites for One Bergen Health have opened in Bergenfield and Ridgewood, New Jersey.
