“It is no secret that early detection can save lives, especially in the case of breast cancer”, said Deborah Visconi, Bergen New Bridge President and CEO. “Our mission as a safety net hospital is to make sure that those who are most vulnerable and those in underserved communities get access to essential preventative care like mammography”.
Bergen New Bridge provides a complete and thorough breast imaging and diagnostic service, which includes a cutting-edge 3D Digital Mammography Unit, which allows for more precise detection and an earlier assessment. The Center also performs non-intrusive biopsy methods that utilize ultrasound or stereotactic guidance.
The Mammography Suite provides a calm and peaceful environment, and our empathetic members always make sure to offer care with the patient’s best interest in mind.
