The Meadowlands Racetrack’s Executive Chef Chris Burnett is hosting a steakhouse dinner in the Skybox Suites on Saturday, April 19.
Chef Burnett’s hand-crafted four-course menu allows diners to choose from a selection of dishes for each course:
- ◾Soup or Salad with a glass of Champagne (choice of 1): French Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque, or Caesar Salad
- ◾Appetizer (Choice of 1): Crab Cake, Shrimp Cocktail, or Caprese Stack
- ◾Main (Choice of 1): 12oz Strip Steak, 8oz Filet, 16oz Ribeye, or 24oz Porterhouse
- ◾Dessert: Cheesecake with fresh fruit

About the Skybox Suites
Located on the 3rd floor, the 3,973 sq ft Skybox Suites offer private stadium style seating with racetrack views. Moveable walls accommodate groups of 20 to 150 guests.
Rental fees:
◾Skybox 1 & 2 – $750 = 20-30 guests
◾Skybox 3 – $750 = 20-30 guests
◾Skybox 4 – $750 = 25-35 guests
◾Skybox 5 – $750 = 30-40 guests
◾Skybox 6 – $1000 = 40-50 guests
◾Skybox 6 is our largest skybox with view of NYC.
