Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is hosting a Surf & Turf Cocktail Party on Thursday, July 17, at its Bar Fogo locations, which include the Paramus location at the Garden State Plaza and Wayne at the Willowbrook Mall.
The event features tastings of fire-roasted cuts and seafood, including lobster and shrimp tacos, along with a choice of two handcrafted cocktails (e.g., Caipirinha or the limited-time Hot Brazilian). Launching alongside the limited-time menu offering is the Hot Brazilian cocktail. Sweet and spicy, the bold drink is crafted with Reposado, citrusy Tempus Fugit liqueur, fresh lime juice, and a sweet-spicy splash of mango habanero, finished with a striking black lava salt rim and mint garnish.
Available exclusively by request, guests can enjoy the Hot Brazilian in the bar, dining room, or out on the patio at all U.S. locations by request only through July 30.
The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and costs $45 per person.
