East Rutherford, New Jersey in the Meadowlands is one of 12 stadiums in 11 host cities staging games for the 32-team FIFA Club World Cup™ games happening this summer. About 9,000 volunteers are needed to ensure everything goes off as planned.

Applications are available now at FIFA.com/volunteers for the tournament June –July 13. FIFA is looking for passionate and enthusiastic volunteers who can share their culture and knowledge with fans from around the world and offer a unique inside look at their Host City, FIFA said in a statement.
Anyone who applies as a volunteer must be be 18 years old or above by Jan. 1, 2025; there is no upper age limit. People must also commit to at least eight shifts between June 14 and July 13, 2025, pass a name check, and pass a criminal history review.
All volunteers must be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident with a valid Green Card and speak English, the official language of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 volunteer program (additional languages are a plus).
This application only covers FIFA Club World Cup™ games. Volunteers for FIFA World Cup 26™ will be announced at a later date and will be a global pool.
This is an unpaid opportunity and expenses related to volunteering are not covered by FIFA. Volunteers are responsible for organizing their own travel to the Host City, accommodations, and any other related costs.
Further information about local transport options will be shared with volunteers (varies by city). Meals and drinks will also be provided during shifts.
