The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) will be hosting an upcoming panel discussion regarding the newly instituted flood regulations. The panel discussion will be held on Jan. 13 at the CSG Law Offices from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. In addition to hosting the event, CSG Law will also be sponsoring the discussion.
Panelists for the discussion includes Dennis Toft of CSG Law, Aaron Levine of LG Insurance and Mark Vizzini of T&M Associates. Jim McGuckin of Marcus Millichap will be the event’s moderator.
The event will have a light breakfast to satisfy guests’ hunger as they prepare to listen to the panel discussion. The event is free to attend for all IOREBA members, while it is $25 for non-IOREBA members.
The discussion will provide vital information regarding the newly instituted flood regulations impacting all property classes across New Jersey and address how these rules can affect commercial, industrial and residential properties all the same. Attendees will benefit greatly from the knowledge provided from experts, to help them navigate through these new changes in regulations.
