The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) will be presenting “Dissecting Your LOI: Bring Your LOI to Contract Quicker” on Wednesday, Sept. 17. The presentation will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m at 300 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, New Jersey.
The event will feature a panel of leading real estate professionals and attorneys, who will be going over the significance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) in the transaction process. Guests will learn key elements that should always be included, common mistakes and how to anticipate attorney concerns to work towards a smooth path to a contract.
The panelists include Lorenzo Lambiase, Associate Vice President, NAI James E. Hanson and Al Petrillo, Executive Managing Director, Newmark. The event will be moderated by Ivette Alvarado, Member, Real Estate Department, Sills Cummis & Gross.
Before the panel begins at 8:30 a.m, there will be a short networking and breakfast to keep guests entertained and allow them to talk with members of the same industry. Following the panel, there will be an interactive Q&A session to allow guests to get any burning questions answered.
