Noble Investment Grows Hotel Portfolio with Marriott and Hyatt Acquisitions

Noble Investment Group (Noble) added to its hotel portfolio with the acquisition of the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis | Fishers and the dual-brand Hyatt House & Hyatt Place Indianapolis | Fishers.

The investment group has invested over $6 billion in more than 175 branded hotel properties all over the U.S. Nobel snapped up Residence Inn by Marriott Secaucus Meadowlands in 2018.

This latest acquisition is comprised of newly built hotels located within the Fishers District in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 150-acre live, work, play, and stay development includes office building, housing, dining, retail, and entertainment venues.

In 2022, Nobel acquired a 14-asset hotel portfolio including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt branded properties located in multiple states including New Jersey, Idaho, Virginia, and Florida. Noble also acquired Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt branded properties in December 2021.
