PSEG is one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024, according to an independent study by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group based on more than 142,000 women and over 848,000 company reviews.

Women working full time earn 83.7 percent of what men earn, according to the Department of Labor, amounting to a difference of approximately $10,000 per year. That percentage is nearly unchanged over 10 years, with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics finding in 2013 that women were making about 82.1 percent of their male counterparts’ earnings.
