The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) announced that its Annual Developer’s Night will take place on Monday, March 30, from 5-9 p.m. at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, New Jersey.
One of IOREBA’s premier networking events, Developer’s Night brings together top real estate developers, brokers, owners, and industry professionals for an evening of insight, connection, and market-focused discussion, the organization said in a press release.
The program will begin with cocktails and networking, followed by a buffet dinner, a panel presentation featuring distinguished commercial real estate experts, and a moderated Q&A discussion addressing key trends shaping the industrial and office real estate sectors.
The Panel
This year’s panel will be moderated by Tom Bergeron, founder and editor-in-chief of BINJE. Panelists include Steven T. Senior, Senior Partner at Riker Danzig LLP; Jack Fersko, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP; and Jared Zatloukal, Managing Director at Principal Asset Management. The panel will examine key trends shaping the industrial and office sectors, including capital markets activity, development pipelines, and evolving tenant demand.
