In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the United States, Vatech America, Inc., a subsidiary of the international X-ray imaging company Vatech based in South Korea, signed a 16,262-square-foot office lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Glenpointe corporate campus.
The deal, facilitated by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian, and David Simson representing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, and Harlan Hollander of Savills representing Vatech America, marks a significant expansion for the dental imaging equipment manufacturer. DMR Architects’ Michelle Lee, IIDA, CHID played a crucial role as the architect on the project.
Vatech America specializes in cutting-edge 3D, 2D, and intraoral x-ray imaging products powered by advanced software, catering to healthcare and dental providers. The newly leased space at Glenpointe will serve as executive and general offices, along with a showroom to showcase their innovative products.
Carolina Gutierrez, Leasing and Marketing Manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, emphasized the appeal of Glenpointe’s environment for innovative businesses, stating, “To attract dynamic and growing businesses, every aspect of a workplace must be geared towards encouraging and inspiring today’s employees.”
