Tariffs and Taxes Among Topics at IOREBA Developer’s Night

Network with real estate developers, brokers, and industry professionals at the annual Developer’s Night hosted by the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA).

The event takes place from 5-9 p.m. on Monday, March 31 at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, 100 Frank W Burr Blvd, Teaneck, New Jersey.

The 350-room hotel was built in 1983 and was renovated last year with new paint, wall coverings, furniture, and carpeting. The hotel has 21 meeting rooms holding a total of 2,150 people.

IOREBA’s Developer’s Night features a panel presentation on “Tariffs and Taxes” from commercial real estate professionals. The speaker line-up for the evening includes:

An additional panelist will be announced soon. The event begins with cocktails and networking from 5-6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and panel presentation.

◾5-6:30 p.m. — Networking, Cocktails, Hors d’oeuvres, Sponsor Tables
◾6:30-9 p.m. — Dinner and panel presentation

Cost is $175 for members, $200 for nonmembers.
