Eat, Drink and Paint at the TiLT Museum
The TiLT Museum at American Dream will be hosting a Snack, Snap N’ Paint Holiday event on Saturday, Dec. 23 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. For $40, you will earn admission into the museum in addition to the fun activities planned. The activities include creating a holiday-themed painting and making your own ornament. The museum will also have free snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy.
Travis Scott Heads to Prudential Center for Latest Tour.
Grammy-nominated artist Travis Scott will be coming to the Garden State on Tuesday, Dec. 26 as part of his Circus Maximus Tour. Scott will be performing at the Prudential Center performing all the hits from his latest album Utopia. Tickets for the show can be found for as low as $92 on Ticketmaster.
Newark Winter Village Provides Fun For All Ages
While there has not been any major snowfall here in the Garden State, you can still walk around a winter wonderland at the Newark Winter Village. The area contains ice skating, private igloos, local marketplaces and appetizing food on every block. The village provides a fun experience for both children and adults alike, as children can enjoy the go karts and ice skating, while parents can rent a heated igloo for an hour for just $50.
NJPAC Hosts Hip-Hop Rendition of The Nutcracker
NJPAC will be performing their original take of Tchaikovsky’s ballet reimagined with hip hop choreography. The performance will take place on Saturday, Dec. 23, with there being two showtimes, the first at 2 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m. Kurtis Blow, often credited as one of hip hop’s founding fathers, will be the guest MC for the ballet.
