For the 4th year, the Meadowlands Cup will be on the line, as corporate teams from across the region gather at the Glen Ridge Country Club for a fun but competitive battle to crown a team champion. Over the competition’s short yet impactful history, it has worked to highlight entrepreneurs, disruptors and innovators in a competitive environment to have their names engraved in history.
The event, which takes place on Monday, Sept. 23, will consist of 2-person teams playing better ball. In order to maintain the competitive nature of the event, all participants must have a GHIN Handicap when registering.
Prior to the competition’s 12:30 p.m. shotgun start, there will be a brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Following play, Bob Garrett, CEO of Hackensack Meridian Health who is the Presenting Sponsor will recognize the winners and present the spectacular Meadowlands Cup Trophy at the closing reception.
Established in 2021, the Meadowlands Cup’s prestige has already grown rapidly and looks to continue that trajectory. The Meadowlands has hosted some of the biggest sporting events in the world over the past few decades, including Super Bowl XLVIII, the NCAA Final Four, World Cup ‘94 and now ’26. With the Meadowlands Cup, the region is able to host the prestigious event each year and watch as it blossoms into one of the area’s premier competitions.
