Today is the final day to donate to the Hackensack Riverkeeper’s Hudson Gives, a major online fundraising campaign supporting nonprofits across our region. Donations must be made on Thursday, May 14.
This campaign includes more than $50,000 in bonus prizes and matching opportunities, and many of the largest prizes are awarded based on the number of unique donors who participate.
“That means even a small donation can help us compete for thousands of additional dollars to support future cleanups, restoration projects, educational programs, advocacy efforts, and public access initiatives throughout the Hackensack watershed,” according to the Hackensack Riverkeeper.
TODAY, YOUR donation can help us compete for:
- $5,000 for the organizations with the most unique donors
- Two separate $10,000 Match Minute prize pools
- Additional bonus funding during special giving hours throughout the day!
“Our volunteers have already removed tens of thousands of pounds of litter from local waterways this year alone, and with YOUR support, we can keep that momentum going all season long!
