The 13,700-square-foot parcel, situated just steps from Bridge Plaza North and the George Washington Bridge, is approved for a 24-unit luxury residential building with two levels of structured parking.
The $1.85 million sale adds to Weiss Realty’s long history of facilitating high-impact real estate transactions in Bergen County and across Northern New Jersey. The deal was brokered exclusively by Bruce Elia of Keller Williams, who represented both the buyer and seller.
