American Dream Hosts NJ Youth Soccer Day This Sunday

The Meadowlands is getting into the soccer spirit ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup’s arrival to the region this summer. The New Jersey Youth Soccer free awards celebration, which is presented by RWJBarnabas Health, will run from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 1 and will honor award winners across the Garden State.

There will also be a free soccer village which features a variety of entertaining and informative activities. The soccer zone includes interactive activities and the opportunity to win prizes from NJ Youth Soccer, New York Red Bulls and Gotham FC. The wellness zone features health tips, resources and prize opportunities from RWJBarnabas Health, JAG Physical Therapy, Pmotion and HitCheck. The community partner zone has offers and giveaways from Crystal Springs Resort, SportLines, Athlete Narrative, TOPSoccer, Every Kick Counts and more. The production zone boasts live media activity, such as podcasts including “OnFrame” with Glenn Crooks and “Greetings from the Garden State” with Mike Ham.

Some mascots from around the area will be making an appearance, as REDD of the New York Red Bulls and The Seton Hall Pirate are scheduled to come to American Dream. Young soccer players can enjoy the day with teammates, family and friends, as well as take advantage of some of the exclusive NJYS-only offers that will be taking place at the mall.

The NJ Hall of Fame will be hosting the NJ Youth Soccer Hall of Fame Induction that is set to take place later in the day. Guests can enjoy the mall’s scenery in preparation of an action-packed day.

As the Garden State’s young soccer players prepare for a day full of fun at American Dream, there will be pelnty to do. In addition to all of the activities and opportunities offered, there is no shortage of fun locations to visit throughout the mall, offering entertainment for all ages.
