Jets & Giants Players Report to Training Camp in Preparation for Upcoming NFL Season

The 2025-26 NFL season is approaching closer and closer, with both teams starting training camp soon. The pre-season practices help the teams get in shape for the season and signify how close the fans are to getting another season of football in the Meadowlands.

The New York Giants training camp begins on July 23. The team practices at the Quest Diagnostics Training Facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Admission into the practices are free, however guests must provide a ticket upon entering. All practice sessions begin at 10 a.m., though certain dates feature autograph signings from team legends prior.

For the New York Jets, training camp begins a few days later on July 25. The Jets practice at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, New Jersey. Practices from July 25 to Aug. 7 begin at 8:30 a.m. The following practices hold later start times. There will be food and beverage on site, as well as free shuttle service from Fairleigh Dickinson University to the training center.

On Aug. 12, both teams will be participating in a joint practice session, which is exclusive to season ticket holders. The practice begins at 10 a.m., offering both teams the opportunity to play in a simulated game environment. It balances competition with fun to get the teams read for the regular season. Tickets go on sale on July 23 at 11 a.m.

Both teams will be starting to get in the swing of things, as the NFL season comes closer and closer. The first games for both teams in the NFL preseason begin on Aug. 9, with the NFL season starting almost a month later on Sept. 7. The start of training camp signals the return to football for many. In just a few days, the Meadowlands will be ready for its next year of football, as the Jets and Giants take the field.
