We keep noticing the same thing. People carrying something heavy and just… not saying anything. A friend who’s clearly not okay but says “I’m fine.” Someone who goes quiet for a while and comes back like nothing happened.
Mental health has this way of being everywhere and nowhere at once. Almost everyone’s touched by it somehow, but almost no one wants to be the first to bring it up.
So on Aug. 15, we’re bringing it up.
The Silent Majority: Why Mental Health is Everyone’s Issue is a roundtable, not a lecture. Community leaders, advocates, and everyday people coming together to talk honestly about why these struggles stay hidden, and what it actually takes to change that, individually and collectively.
