NAI James E. Hanson, NJ’s largest full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has recently been helping businesses around the state by negotiating leases with them. On Thursday, Feb. 29, it was announced that the firm negotiated the sale of a 3,500 square-foot full-service auto repair facility located in Hackensack.
The property features a four-bay auto garage loaded with state-of-the-art equipment, four gas pumps and on-site parking for customers. The facility is also conveniently located near two major roads in New Jersey, Route 4 and Interstate 80.

Earlier in the month, NAI James E. Hanson announced that they had negotiated three leases for medical suites located at 206 Bergen Avenue in Kearny. The transaction included a 4,344-square-foot lease with Pulse Vascular LLC, a 3,571-square-foot lease with Cranial Technologies, Inc. and a 1,500-square-foot-lease with IME Plus, LLC. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, who make up Team Lizzack-Horning represented the landlord for all three transactions.
The newly-upgraded building of medical suites owns a close proximity to both Routes 21 and 280, in addition to the New Jersey Turnpike. In what was once a surgical center with four operating rooms, the building can now be used to service the needs of a variety of medical practices.
